Itinerary

• 1 Arrive in Kathmandu via respective airlines and transfer to hotel.On arrival at Kathmandu international airport, you will be well received by Reasonable Treks & Tour staff and guide and then transfer you to your hotels within the hub of Kathmandu city around the most happening and exciting place around Thamel. The evening after checking into your rooms with refreshment our guides will brief regarding Nagarkot Hike with welcome dinner in a nice authentic Nepalese restaurant with culture show.
• 2in KAthmandu sightseeing Morning after breakfast leave for our exciting cultural and historical tour around Nepal’s best World Heritage Sites which includes old Durbar Square (Palace Courtyard), Old Swayambhunath Stupa and other places of interest with time for trip preparations.
• 3Drive to Sundarijal and hike up to Chisapani 2,340 m -04 hrs.Starting this hike with short drive to east of Kathmandu valley rim at Sundarijal which is situated at 15 k.m. distance from Kathmandu city, from this small town our walk begins with an uphill through small farm villages, beautiful cascade of waterfalls and reaching at an entrance of Shivapuri National Park, from here through patch of forest and passing many scattered farm fields and villages then reaching the ridge top at Chisapani where the air gets cooler as this small village stands at 2,300 meters overlooking grand panorama of snow capped mountains from Annapurna-Manaslu-Ganesh Himal, Lang tang Himal towards Jugal Himal range, view of whole Kathmandu valley, this spot offers stunning sunrise and sunset views as well.
• 4 Trek to Nagarkot 2,100m - 05 hrs.After a wonderful morning with great views of sunrise over the snow capped mountains, morning starts with an easy pleasant walk on the gradual wind path through enchanting rhododendron, pines forest then on the downhill path to the village of Chowki-bhanjyang, a small farm village overlooking the eastern side of the Kathmandu valley rim. After a nice break here journey carry’s on with a good walk on the gradual path for few hours passing through Jarsing Pawa 1,700m, from this village route diverts to the upper level on the small trail, and walking on the downhill path for a short distance to the village at Kartike bhanyang. From here an hour uphill walk to famous Nagarkot hill town for overnight stop. Nagarkot, located at an altitude 2,100 meters, this hill top is famous for stunning sunrises and sunset views reflecting its light on the range of snow capped mountains from Mt. Manaslu, Ganesh Himal, Langtang-Jugal Himal Mt. Gauri Shanker and all the way to the eastern horizon towards Everest range of peaks
• 5 Trek to Dhulikhel 1,550m - 05 hrs.From Nagarkot with early morning sunrise views over snow capped mountains, walk starts on the winding path with gradual up through farm villages and cultivated terraced field on this remote and isolated place seldom trekked, the walk leads through nice forest with pleasant trail, the walk continues with few ups and more downhill all the way to another beautiful and popular hill destination at Dhulikhel, famous for Mountain Resorts with panorama of mountain range, this old Newar town lies beyond the eastern rim of Kathmandu valley with nice and comfortable resorts, hotels and lodge.
• 6 Drive back to Kathmandu afternoon free at leisure.After a fabulous time on high Hills of Kathmandu valley, taking a morning driving journey back to Kathmandu with short tour of famous Buddhist spot at holy Namobuddha area visiting its monasteries and then head back to Kathmandu after an hour of interesting drive, afternoon free at leisure or last day shopping souvenirs and handicrafts.
• 7 International Departure for Homeward bound.As per your international flight time transfer towards Tribhuvan International Airport for the journey back home or to respective destinations after a super and amazing time in Nepal Himalaya with Nagarkot Hike.
