Itinerary

• 1Arrive in Kathmandu via respective airlines and transfer to hotelOn arrival at Kathmandu international airport, you will be well received by Reasonable Treks & Tour staff and guide and then transfer you to your hotels within the hub of Kathmandu city around the most happening and exciting place around Thamel. The evening after checking into your rooms with refreshment our guides will brief regarding Around Dhaulagiri Trekking with welcome dinner in a nice authentic Nepalese restaurant with culture show.
  
• 2In Kathmandu sightseeing tour at places of interest and trek preparation.Morning after breakfast leave for our exciting cultural and historical tour around Nepal's best World Heritage Sites which includes old Durbar Square (Palace Courtyard), Old Swayambhunath Stupa and other places of interest with time for trip preparations.
• 3Drive or fly to Pokhara 950m (30 mins flight and 6 hrs drive) Leaving early for Around Dhaulagiri trekking taking an overland drive to scenic Pokhara city, blessed with amazing natural scenery of rolling green hills and lakes in the shade of massive Annapurna Himalaya with majestic Machhapuchare "Fish Tail". Drive about 5-6 hours within 220 k.m. distance on reaching Pokhara transfer to respective hotels by the Phewa Lake. by Air, 30 mins scenic flights with awesome views of mountain range all the way landing at Pokhara.
  
• 4Drive to Darbang via Beni 900 m - 06 hrs. From Pokhara, Around Dhaulagiri adventure continues with morning drive to Beni town and beyond to a farm town at Darbang after driving past Kusma and Beni town and following Mygdi River all along to reach Darbang, a busy market village and a starting point of Dhaulagiri- Churen Himal, Dhorpatan and Dolpo trekking. Darbang a small farm village slowly turning into a town, after motor road has been completed from Beni and Pokhara, at Darbang for overnight stop by the Mygdi River in a local simple lodge
• 5Trek to Riverside 1,560 m - 05 hrs.First day of this adventure starts walking past farm villages and then on pleasant trail along Myagdi River, following the Myagdi River right to its glacier source at Dhaulagiri base camp. after a good walk reaching our first overnight camp by the river, after noon at leisure with rest or enjoy the cool river.
  
• 6Trek to Bagar 2,375m - 06 hrs. Morning walk follows the river reaching a farm village of Jugepani for lunch stop, afternoon climb above a ridge and then descend through forest to camp at Bagar, a farm village, Bagar the last village till our walk joins at Marpha village.
• 7Trek to Dovan 2,600m - 06 hours. On leaving the last of farm fields at Bagar village walk into forest for an hour and then a climb into forested area of bamboo, oaks and rhododendron trees. after climb then descend to reach at Dovan for overnight camp, Dovan a small temporary settlement with small teahouse and shops.
  
• 8Trek to Chartare / Bhainsi Kharka 3,000m -05 hrs.From Dovan morning walk leads to an unstable wooden bridge over a stream at a confluence of Mygdi River, after crossing walking into forest all the way to overnight stop at Chartare also called Bhainse Kharka.
• 9Trek to Pakhaban (Japanese Camp) 3,750 m - 05 hrs. After overnight in the middle of dense forest, today walk leads to complete wilderness on leaving the vegetation and tree lines for few days. Morning walk leads closer to Mt. Dhaulagiri South Face flank, with views of Putha Huinchuli, Manapathi and Dhaulagiri south flank, after good hours of walk reaching a glaciated area on a clearing named as Italian camp.
  From here adventure begins as the walk leads on glacier, moraine with climb over rocky ridge to reach Pakhaban also called Japanese camp. This camp offers super views of South West Face of Dhaulagiri and Manapathi, Puttha Hiunchuli with huge ice wall of Tsaurabong Peak.
  
• 10Trek to Dhaulagiri Base Camp 4,750m - 06 hrs. Morning walk follows moraine and iceberg in some section, this morning climb needs a good team work with guides, porters and fellow members to be on right side of the trail over glaciated sections.
  After a tough walk over glacial section reaching a rocky open area around Dhaulagiri where base camp is located. Overnight camp at base camp the highlight of this adventure with closest view of world 7th highest Mt. Dhaulagiri I at 8,167 m, includes view of tumbling icefalls, glacier and Tukuche peak with West peaks of Dhaulagiri II (7,751 m.), Dhaulagiri III (7,715 m.) and Dhaulagiri IV (7,618 m.).
  
• 11Trek to Hidden Valley 4,900m via French Pass 5,360m.From this unique and wonderful campsite morning walk leads to the highest point of the adventure over French pass at 5,360 meters. after the high pass a short descend to reach a wide grassy meadow a huge field at hidden valley for overnight camp. Offering views of Sita Chuchura, Mukut Himal, and Tashi Kang 5,386 meters, Tukche Peak and Dhaulagiri I.
  
• 12Trek to Yak Kharka 4,915m via Thapa pass 5,250 m - 05 hrs. After a wonderful stop at Hidden Valley walk leads to a long descend on crossing over Thapa or Dhampus pass at 5,250 m high, from the top views of Annapurna Himal with Nilgiris peaks.
  Enjoying the scenery and then on downhill walk to Yak Kharka for overnight camp and back at green vegetation of Juniper, Burberry and rhododendron bushes with views of snow capped peaks.
  
• 13Trek to Marpha 2,670 m and drive to Jomsom 2,715 m - 05 hrs.From quiet and peaceful camp with views of Annapurna and Dhaulagiri range heading into alpine woodland and a big drop of 1,200 m downhill to reach Kaligandaki river valley, where our pleasant day walk ends around Mustang area within Kaligandaki River valley in charming Marpha village.
  One of the most attractive villages around Himalaya with white painted houses and neat paved street with well kept lodges. At Marpha celebrate with local apple products cider, brandy and juice this area from Kagbeni to Larjung is famous for delicious apples. after a break at Marpha a short drive leads to Jomsom, a headquarter town of whole Mustang areas with a small airstrip for next day flight to Pokhara.
  
• 14Fly to Pokhara and transfer to hotel. Morning walk to Jomsom airport for short scenic flight to reach at picturesque Pokhara valley, during air amazing views of Dhaulagiri and Annapurna Himalayan peaks, as the plane land at scenic Pokhara. a popular and main touristic destinations of Nepal, overlooking massive Annapurna Mountains with serene Phewa Lake where our hotels located, afternoon free for individual activities and souvenir shopping or just relax and enjoy the views.
  
• 15Drive or fly back to Kathmandu afternoon free at leisure.After a fabulous time on high Dhaulagiri and Annapurna mountains, taking a morning driving journey back to Kathmandu, on reaching Kathmandu after six hours of interesting drive, transfer to your hotels with afternoon free at leisure or last day shopping souvenirs and handicrafts. (Options by air 30 minutes flight back to Kathmandu with great views)
  
• 16International Departure for Homeward bound.As per your international flight time transfer towards Tribhuvan International Airport for the journey back home or to respective destinations after a super and amazing time in Nepal Himalaya on high hills and Around Dhaulagiri Trekking.
