From here, a winding path leads to Tatopani village with “Hot Spring,” an opportunity for a hot bath as time allows. After a nice rest, the walk carries on, passing the Dovan and Yaruphant villages to reach Jagat for overnight stops. Jagat is a moderate-sized farming village with shops and stores.

  • 5Trek from Jagat (1,405) to Deng (1,805 M) Duration: 7 - 8 Hours.On this day, you will pass through several villages. First, you will climb a valley and reach Sirdibas village, where you can enjoy a view of the Shringi Himal ranges. The next village you will reach is Philim, known for its terraced fields. You will continue walking to Chisapani, where you usually stop for lunch. Most of the villagers in this area are Tibetan locals who engage in agriculture and animal husbandry, cultivating crops such as barley and maize and growing oats and nuts as fruits. Later, you will trek through the village of Pewa and continue through the valley, passing a small campsite before finally reaching today's destination, the small town of Deng.

  • 7 Trek from Namrung Village (2,630 M) to Shyala (3,500 M) Duration: 6 - 7 Hours.The journey begins from Namrung with crisp mountain air and breathtaking scenery along a gently ascending trail. As you trek through open meadows and thinning forests, you will pass quaint hamlets and ancient mani walls. The trail will steadily gain altitude, and the view will become increasingly spectacular, with regular sightings of Ganesh Himal, Himalchuli, and the mighty Manaslu massif. Midway through the day, you will reach the picturesque village of Lho (3,180 meters), where you can enjoy a relaxed lunch break and explore one of the most photogenic stops on the Manaslu trekking route in Nepal. The trail to the Pungen gompa takes you through rocky terrain and alpine meadows, offering breathtaking views of Mount Manaslu, Ganesh Himal, Himal Chuli, Pangboche Himal, Peak 29, and a dramatic glacier nestled below the mountain. Upon reaching the Pungen Gompa, you will be greeted with a peaceful and isolated valley along with a 360° towering Himalayas backdrop. Today we're going to hike to the world's 8th base camp of Manaslu. It takes 5 to 6 hours up and down, including the Birendra Lake as well. The Manaslu base camp lies at 4800 meters above sea level and it would be the best and most meaningful hike throughout the trip. You will extremely soak into the hidden gems of nature and culture of the Manaslu region. The Manaslu base camp hike is quite thought in comparison to the Pungyen Gumpa. Where you can explore the local culture, traditions, customs, and monasteries with a mesmerizing scenario of the Manaslu Himalayas. This village has combined the Tibet border, where you can find many Chinese goods.

  • 11Trek from Samdo (3,870M) to Dharmasala (4,600 M) or Larke La Phedi (4,460M) Duration: 5 - 6 Hours.A short day to Larkya Phedi, also known as Dharmasala (4600 m), after a nice stop at Samdo village, before crossing an icy stream and then heading towards a drier barren area, the trek today is not that hard except for the rapid altitude gain. A few hours gradually and down to complete the morning walk at Larkya Phedi, meaning the base of the hill or pass; the afternoon is free for leisure for a short hike. We suggest you ascend up at least two hundred when you reach at Dharmasala.

  • 12Trek from Dharmasala (4,600 M) to Bhimtang Village (3,790 M) Via Larkya La Pass (5,106 M) Duration: 8 - 9 Hours.Today, you will face the most thrilling and demanding part of the journey: the crossing of Larkya La Pass (5,106 meters), the highest point on the trek. This is the day everything leads up to, and it’s both a physical challenge and an emotional triumph. You will begin before dawn through the cold, crisp morning air. The trail to the pass is steep and takes you past glacial moraines, icy ridges, and snow-dusted slopes. Additionally, the air is thin at this altitude. After a gradual climb, you will reach the summit of Larkya La, where you are rewarded with jaw-dropping panoramic views of Larkya Peak, Himlung Himal, Cheo Himal, Kang Guru, and Annapurna II. You will see prayer flags fluttering in the wind, and the vast expanse of the Manaslu and Annapurna mountain ranges open up before you. After the pass, the descent to Bhimthang (3,590 meters) is long and challenging, covering rough terrain and rocky paths that require careful footing. As you descend, you will start to notice greener pastures, glacial streams, and eventually the peaceful alpine valley of Bhimthang. This village is surrounded by snowcapped peaks and pine forests. You will arrive here tired from the pass and end the day early.

  • 13Trek from Bhimtang Village (3790 M) to Gho (2,515 M) Duration: 5 - 6 Hours.Last day's trek must have been tough, but you can wake up assured that today's trek will not be very taxing. You start by descending to the Budhi Gandaki River and cross it to enter the rhododendron forest that opens to Karche—a cultivated area near the top of the Budhi Gandaki valley. You continue along the riverbank to reach Gho.

  • 14Trek from Gho (2,515 M) to Dharapani (1,910 M) Duration: 4 - 5 Hours.This will be the last day on the trails. After waking up at Gho, we head to Dharapani. The route descends so the trek should be easy. You will be trekking through many fields and pastures and arrive at Tilje—a large Gurung settlement. This village is famous for brandy. However, we continue forward, passing several Mani walls to reach Thonje village and then enter Dharapani village.

After that, we will drive back to Kathmandu, and it will take approximately 6-7 hours to get to Kathmandu.
