  • 1Arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu (1,324 M) and Transfer to Your Hotel.On arrival at Kathmandu International Airport, you will be well received by Reasonable Treks & Tour staff and then transferred to your hotel within the hub of Kathmandu city, around the most happening and exciting place around Thamel. After checking into your rooms with refreshments, our staff will brief you regarding the Manaslu Circuit Trip.

  • 2Kathmandu Sightseeing Tour at Places of Interest and Manaslu Circuit Trip Preparation.Kathmandu sightseeing includes UNESCO World Heritage-listed sites. Your Kathmandu sightseeing begins with a visit to Swayambhunath Stupa. Visit the stupa, where you witness the panoramic view of Kathmandu Valley. After that, visit Kathmandu Durbar Square, which is renowned for its aesthetic architecture and rich cultural heritage. Explore phenomenal landmarks such as Kumari Ghar, Hanuman Dhoka Museum, Kaal Bhairav Temple, etc. Kathmandu Durbar Square is a living museum to explore the history and culture of Kathmandu. Have lunch or light snacks and head to Boudhanath Stupa, which is termed the tallest stupa in Nepal. It is a holy pilgrimage site for Buddhists.   • 3Drive from Kathmandu (1,324 M) to Machhakhola (890 M) Duration: 9 - 10 Hours.Today we must drive to Machha Khola via the Arughat and Soti Khola. It takes a 9- to 10-hour drive and offers various scenarios of villages, hills, rice farm landscapes, and rivers. The Machh Khola lies in the Gorkha district of mid-west Nepal. The drive leads to warmer areas, passing many farm villages and towns, and following the Trisuli River and Budi Gandaki River too.

  • 4Trek from Machhakhola (890 M) to Jagat (1,405) Duration: 7 - 8 Hours.After a pleasant overnight at Macha-Khola, a morning walk follows the Buri-Gandaki River upstream to reach Khorla Beshi, a small farm village. From here, a winding path leads to Tatopani village with “Hot Spring,” an opportunity for a hot bath as time allows. After a nice rest, the walk carries on, passing the Dovan and Yaruphant villages to reach Jagat for overnight stops. Jagat is a moderate-sized farming village with shops and stores.

  • 5Trek from Jagat (1,405) to Deng (1,805 M) Duration: 7 - 8 Hours.On this day, you will pass through several villages. First, you will climb a valley and reach Sirdibas village, where you can enjoy a view of the Shringi Himal ranges. The next village you will reach is Philim, known for its terraced fields. You will continue walking to Chisapani, where you usually stop for lunch. Most of the villagers in this area are Tibetan locals who engage in agriculture and animal husbandry, cultivating crops such as barley and maize and growing oats and nuts as fruits. Later, you will trek through the village of Pewa and continue through the valley, passing a small campsite before finally reaching today's destination, the small town of Deng.

  • 6Trek from Deng (1,805 M) to Namrung Village (2,630 M) Duration: 7 - 8 Hours.You will start an early hike from Deng, crossing the river and ascending the hill. As the trail continues, you will come across mani stones in the small villages along the path and each stone bears a Buddhist mantra, indicating that you are entering a region influenced by Tibetan culture. The villages you pass through today are Rana Gaun, Bihi Phedi, Ghap, and Ghapsya, and you enjoy the typical villages and their lifestyle. The trail continues through dense forests with the sounds of insects and mules. After a few hours, you will reach Namrung.

  • 7 Trek from Namrung Village (2,630 M) to Shyala (3,500 M) Duration: 6 - 7 Hours.The journey begins from Namrung with crisp mountain air and breathtaking scenery along a gently ascending trail. As you trek through open meadows and thinning forests, you will pass quaint hamlets and ancient mani walls. The trail will steadily gain altitude, and the view will become increasingly spectacular, with regular sightings of Ganesh Himal, Himalchuli, and the mighty Manaslu massif. Midway through the day, you will reach the picturesque village of Lho (3,180 meters), where you can enjoy a relaxed lunch break and explore one of the most photogenic stops on the Manaslu trekking route in Nepal. Lho is famous for its stunning Ribung Monastery and panoramic views of Mount Manaslu. The culture here is deeply Buddhist, as you will be surrounded by prayer wheels, stone chortens, and fluttering prayer flags. From Lho, the trail then climbs gradually to Shyala (3,500 meters), a breathtaking village encircled by snowy peaks in every direction. Shyala offers a true Himalayan experience, with Mount Manaslu, Himalchuli, Ngadi Chuli, and Naike Peak standing majestically around you. This village here is sparsely populated and is home to ethnic Tibetan descendants who follow a traditional mountain lifestyle.

  • 8Trek from Shyala (3,500 M) to Samagaun (3,520 M) Via Pungen Gompa (4,000 M) Duration: 5 - 6 Hours.You will begin this day with your first side trip of the trek: a detour to the sacred Pungen Gompa, perched at 4,000 meters. The trail to the Pungen gompa takes you through rocky terrain and alpine meadows, offering breathtaking views of Mount Manaslu, Ganesh Himal, Himal Chuli, Pangboche Himal, Peak 29, and a dramatic glacier nestled below the mountain. Upon reaching the Pungen Gompa, you will be greeted with a peaceful and isolated valley along with a 360° towering Himalayas backdrop. After taking in the serenity and majesty of Pungen Gompa, you will descend through open yak pastures and alpine grasslands toward Samagaun (3,520 meters). This is one of the largest and most culturally rich villages on the Manaslu trekking route, home to a predominantly Tibetan-descended community. Samagaun is known for its traditional stone houses, ancient monasteries, and welcoming locals who lead a deeply spiritual lifestyle rooted in Buddhism. Additionally, it is also a perfect base for upcoming side trips or acclimatization hikes.

  • 9Acclimatization Day Samagaun (3,530 M) and Hike to Manaslu Base Camp (4,800 M), Then Back to Samagaun (3,530 M) Duration: 5 - 6 Hours.An important rest or free day for good acclimatization before heading to high areas and to Larkya-La pass; on this free day, explore the villages with a short hike around. Today we're going to hike to the world's 8th base camp of Manaslu. It takes 5 to 6 hours up and down, including the Birendra Lake as well. The Manaslu base camp lies at 4800 meters above sea level and it would be the best and most meaningful hike throughout the trip. You will extremely soak into the hidden gems of nature and culture of the Manaslu region. The Manaslu base camp hike is quite thought in comparison to the Pungyen Gumpa. Before hiking to Manaslu Base Camp, it is better to pack a lunch, fill enough water, and carry the necessary gear, like a trekking pole, warm jacket, gloves, sunglasses, and warm headwear.   • 10Trek from Samagaun (3,530 M) to Samdo (3,870M) Duration: 5 - 6 Hours.Today we walked for about 5 to 6 hours, heading towards the last village at Samdo, which is close to the Tibet border. The Samdo village is the largest, most beautiful, and highest village before Lakrya La Pass (5106 m). Where you can explore the local culture, traditions, customs, and monasteries with a mesmerizing scenario of the Manaslu Himalayas. This village has combined the Tibet border, where you can find many Chinese goods.

  • 11Trek from Samdo (3,870M) to Dharmasala (4,600 M) or Larke La Phedi (4,460M) Duration: 5 - 6 Hours.A short day to Larkya Phedi, also known as Dharmasala (4600 m), after a nice stop at Samdo village, before crossing an icy stream and then heading towards a drier barren area, the trek today is not that hard except for the rapid altitude gain. A few hours gradually and down to complete the morning walk at Larkya Phedi, meaning the base of the hill or pass; the afternoon is free for leisure for a short hike. We suggest you ascend up at least two hundred when you reach at Dharmasala.

  • 12Trek from Dharmasala (4,600 M) to Bhimtang Village (3,790 M) Via Larkya La Pass (5,106 M) Duration: 8 - 9 Hours.Today, you will face the most thrilling and demanding part of the journey: the crossing of Larkya La Pass (5,106 meters), the highest point on the trek. This is the day everything leads up to, and it’s both a physical challenge and an emotional triumph. You will begin before dawn through the cold, crisp morning air. The trail to the pass is steep and takes you past glacial moraines, icy ridges, and snow-dusted slopes. Additionally, the air is thin at this altitude. After a gradual climb, you will reach the summit of Larkya La, where you are rewarded with jaw-dropping panoramic views of Larkya Peak, Himlung Himal, Cheo Himal, Kang Guru, and Annapurna II. You will see prayer flags fluttering in the wind, and the vast expanse of the Manaslu and Annapurna mountain ranges open up before you. After the pass, the descent to Bhimthang (3,590 meters) is long and challenging, covering rough terrain and rocky paths that require careful footing. As you descend, you will start to notice greener pastures, glacial streams, and eventually the peaceful alpine valley of Bhimthang. This village is surrounded by snowcapped peaks and pine forests. You will arrive here tired from the pass and end the day early.

  • 13Trek from Bhimtang Village (3790 M) to Gho (2,515 M) Duration: 5 - 6 Hours.Last day's trek must have been tough, but you can wake up assured that today's trek will not be very taxing. You start by descending to the Budhi Gandaki River and cross it to enter the rhododendron forest that opens to Karche—a cultivated area near the top of the Budhi Gandaki valley. You continue along the riverbank to reach Gho.

  • 14Trek from Gho (2,515 M) to Dharapani (1,910 M) Duration: 4 - 5 Hours.This will be the last day on the trails. After waking up at Gho, we head to Dharapani. The route descends so the trek should be easy. You will be trekking through many fields and pastures and arrive at Tilje—a large Gurung settlement. This village is famous for brandy. However, we continue forward, passing several Mani walls to reach Thonje village and then enter Dharapani village.

  • 15Drive Back from Dharapani (1,910 M) to Kathmandu (1,324 M) By Local Sharing Vehicle. Duration: 7 - 8 Hours.After having breakfast, we will head to Besisahar by local Sharing Jeep and it takes 3 hours to get to Besisahar. After that, we will drive back to Kathmandu, and it will take approximately 6-7 hours to get to Kathmandu. Besides local vehicles, we highly recommend taking a private vehicle from Besisahar to Kathmandu. Our memorable adventure will be terminated in Kathmandu.

Hotel and Accommodation on Manaslu Circuit Trekking Package.
While in Kathmandu  at 3 star Hotels (Attached Bath Room A/c,24 hours running hot and cold shower while you are Manaslu Circuit Trekking Package Day Beging Breakfast at  Lodge teahouse Thy are clean and comfortable bed and the rooms are basic, normally just a bed with a pillow and blankets .every day 3-4 hours trekking and break for lunchtime, after a relaxing lunch, you typically spend around 2-3 hours or even more sometimes on the trail before reaching your stopping point teahouse .

Transports used on Manaslu Circuit Trekking Package.
Reasonable Treks And Tour Will Provide Private Vehicles and tourist bus for The Airport transfer, Kathmandu Sightseeing Tour in Kathmandu and drive from Kathmandu to Soti-Khola and return back to Kathmandu.

Meals and Drinks On Manaslu Circuit Trekking Package.
The meals are included in our package of the Manaslu Circuit Trekking Package and They are taken in lodges, we will have breakfast and dinner at the lodge where we stay overnight and our guide will choose and stop For lunch on trek and we recommend you to bring water purification pills since you will have normal water for free, then you can have the normal water and use the medicine and drink however you have options of buying bottled water or boiled water in every place as well. There will also be farewell dinners for guests in Kathmandu.

Electricity and battery charges on Manaslu Circuit Trekking Package.
There are electricity available in some of the villages on our Around Manaslu Trek where you can recharge your camera, batteries, mobile Phone and there is solar power in some villages. we trek through and you can recharge your batteries camera mobile Phone in those places as well if they have enough power and we suggest you to have spare batteries as well and you will have to pay some for recharging batteries.

Luggage/Bag pack on Manaslu Circuit Trekking Package.
Your main luggage will be carried by porters on Manaslu Circuit Trekking Package And you simply carry a day pack with water bottle, camera, sun-screen, spare jacket, and etc, during the trek, as small loads allows you for full enjoyment of the trek. A trek bag is ideal for your main luggage, plus a small lockable bag for travel clothes or anything that you do not need during trek which you can leave at hotel’s locker room/safe deposit box in Kathmandu for free of charge.

We provide trained trekking guide (handles the logistics and guides you and your team on the trek) and porters, one porter for each 2 trekkers and a  porter carry about 20 Kg and if there are more than 10 people in the group then we will provide you the additional guide for the group.

Reasonable Treks And Tour organize Manaslu Circuit Trekking Package for single people to maximum 13 people at once or even if you have more than 13 people then we can split the group in to two or more groups (according to the number of trekkers) however you all can walk together and stay at same guest house and there are only different guide, and there are 1 guide up to 9 people and 2 guides for 10-13 people and One  porter for each 2 Trekkers.

Personal expenses on Manaslu Circuit Trekking Package.
Personal expenses depend largely on your habit and as the meals are included on our Around Manaslu Trek cost ,so, you only need money for table drinks (alcoholic/non Alcoholic beverages), snacks while walking (some smaller shops are available along the trail in the areas), tips, souvenirs, hot shower (available in some places), and Meals ( A meal cost 5-7USD in Kathmandu) for your Kathmandu stay, entrance fees ( approx: 25USD) while your tour in Kathmandu, if you Do not drink alcohol and sopping then 12-15USD per day should be enough for the hot drinks, shower and snacks on trek and Tips are appreciated by your support Team after the trek. The amount depends on your budget and appreciation of their work. As a suggestion, we advise you to allocate 15 - 20% of the total tour cost as Tips to the staff and you can do this if you feel the services have been good.

It's not necessary to spend a lot of money buying equipment for the Around Manaslu Trek in your country as Majority of these gears can be bought at Reasonable Cost in Kathmandu.

Best Time to Trek Manaslu Circuit Trekking Package.
The best time to trek to the Manaslu Circuit Trekking Package is spring March, April, May, and autumn August, September, October, November. The temperature is moderate in these seasons and guarantees amazing views through the trip. Although this trek can be undertaken during winter, the cold temperature might not be suitable for everyone.

Insurance/Rescue/Evacuation.
In case of a serious sickness or a casualty while you are on Manaslu Circuit Trekking Package (which we believe will not happen), we will do everything to transfer you to the Nearest hospital to save your life (this has happened to us few times) and you are entirely liable for all the expenses incurred in evacuation/rescue, so, please make Sure that these expenses are covered by your insurance policy before assigning for the trek or be prepared to pay on your own after getting back to Kathmandu. Booking and payment.
After going through our policy and guidelines before booking a trip, you must send Reasonable Treks And Tour a form with all and full details of your passport and of the trip chosen with 30 % as the non-refundable amount from the chosen trip.  on receiving the details of your passport with scanned or photocopy, along with booking forms, and then the company will send you a confirmation with a receipt of the deposit made.  Regarding direct deposit to our bank accounts and as well for Credit Card payment which we accept Visa or Master Card with extra 04 % levy surcharge will be added on the trip cost payment. We strongly suggest that you obtain Travel and Medical insurance against unforeseen circumstances and situation that might arise during your trips which should include Immediate rescue and evacuation by any means of transportation including by Helicopter to nearest hospitals medical centers.
